Content Experience: Scaling interactive client deliverables

Interactive client microsite concept displaying research insights and charts

Research teams usually delivered insights through presentations and spreadsheets. When the organization began exploring more dynamic client experiences, I looked at what it would take to move from one-off dashboards to a reusable content platform.

What began as a client-facing microsite grew into an exploration of a configurable builder and the design foundations behind it. I looked at how internal teams might assemble branded, data-driven experiences while keeping them consistent across clients and projects.

Where It Landed

The exploration defined how the authoring model, reusable modules, and client-facing design foundations could work together. I later joined a separate production initiative, evaluated the available design systems, and recommended the microsite foundation for the MVP.
